NEKO YUBU

The idea for Neko Yubu started in the kitchen, where the owner grew up watching his mom make yubuchobap by hand. Years later, a trip to New York opened his eyes to the lack of yubu spots in Dallas. Inspired by his childhood and his mom’s recipes, he added his own creative twist and launched Neko Yubu as a ghost kitchen to bring these nostalgic Korean bites to the city!

THE POPULAR KOREAN SNACK

Yubu are fried tofu pockets that are soft, slightly sweet, and stuffed with seasoned rice. Each piece is then topped with fresh ingredients like torched salmon, egg salad, spicy pork, and even vegan-friendly options. Plus, they’ve also just added tteokbokki to the menu, in both classic and creamy rose-style! We tried all of the yubus and they all delivered!
