LUCKY GIN BAR

Founded by Madison Scott, this neighborhood cocktail pub is a must-try if you’re in Bishop Arts. While they specialize in gin-based drinks, they also offer a full bar if gin isn’t your thing. We highly recommend the Gin Espresso Martini and the Lucky 87, made with gin, lemon, champagne, and sugar!

HOW IT WORKS

🍃First, pick your ingredients (starting with juniper, because gin wouldn’t be gin without it), and explore 65+ botanicals, spices, and citrus notes to create your perfect blend. The instructors are there to guide you, offering recommendations on portions and flavor pairings!

⚗️ Once you’ve selected your mix, it’s time for the magic! Your ingredients are poured into copper distilling pots, where the alcohol is heated to extract the flavors.

🍹 The distilling process takes about two hours, so take advantage of 20% off your total tab the day of your class—including drinks, food, and merch! Grab a cocktail before class, enjoy some snacks, and unwind with a game of darts or lounge on their cozy couches while you wait.

🥃 Once your gin is ready, it’s diluted to 40% ABV using reverse osmosis water, then bottled up for you to take home and enjoy!

TEXAS’ FIRST GIN SCHOOL

Located at the first gin school in Texas, this two-hour class includes your bottle of gin to take home and tickets are $100 per person.
