LUCKYS CAFE
Luckys cafe is a 50’s style diner that sits on the corner of Oak Lawn and Lemmon in the old space that was Phil’s diner many years ago. For 30 years they have been serving up all your home-style favorites like buttermilk pancakes and chicken fried steak with a farm-to-table twist.
THE SPACE
Before you even walk in you can feel the old school vibes with the retro neon sign that stands tall out front. Inside you’ll find black and white check floors, chrome details, and classic diner booths will transport you back in time and give you all the nostalgic feels.
MENU
All day breakfast? Say no more! If you find yourself craving fresh squeezed OJ and buttermilk pancakes at any time, day or night, this is your place! They have a wide variety of breakfast staples like chicken and waffles, huevos rancheros, french toast sticks, and build your own omelettes! As far as mains go, they have all the best diner classics like chicken fried steak and cheese burgers. They also have a great selection of vegetarian options! You normally don’t think of diners as being farm-to-table, but Luckys is redefining traditional diner food by partnering with local and regional farms for the best locally sourced, farm fresh ingredients to use in all of their dishes.
