It's sustainable, it supports local producers and farmers and it's healthier: we love farm-to-table restaurants. In fact, they taste better too because the food you're eating is fresh. We have rounded up the restaurants around town that offer a farm-to-table menu.

BONTON FARMS

BONTON FARMS

Bonton Farm's mission is to “restore lives, create jobs and ignite hope in a once forgotten and neglected neighborhood.” They do this through an amazing non profit where people in the neighborhood cultivate the farm. The produce and items grown and made, from greens to eggs to James and honeys, are sold locally. They also have a farm-to-table cafe open Monday through Saturday from 7 AM until 3 PM, serving southern breakfasts and lunches. Make sure you stop by the market after you enjoy your meal in the café!

And besides being the cutest restaurant in the world, they also work hard to source from as many local vendors as possible. You will also never get bored of the same entree because their menu changes bi-weekly to reflect both the sustainability and seasonal options available locally. Parigi is open for lunch and dinner on weekdays, brunch and dinner on Saturdays, and brunch every Sunday.

Petra & The Beast focused around the natural seasons of the earth and adapts their menu to the different cycles. Everything they bring in is from farm, forage, fermentation and fire.
