Rye just launched a nostalgic, summer-inspired tasting menu and it’s one of the most playful and creative dining experiences we’ve had in Dallas! Inspired by being 10 years old in the summer (think cereal in front of the TV, pool days, and bee stings), each course is a surprise, with no menu until the very end!

RYE'S SUMMER TASTING MENU
From start to finish (no spoilers), the dinner was a playful and immersive journey, with each surprise course capturing a different moment of a nostalgic summer day. We especially loved the thoughtful touches, like take-home goodies and storytelling through every bite!
We love that they didn’t take themselves too seriously and had fun with the food, while still being an elevated experience.
EXCLUSIVE DISHES
This is Rye’s first-ever tasting-only menu, so the only way to try these dishes is to book the full experience! We loved how knowledgeable the staff was about each course, and we even did the drink pairing, which included wines, cocktails, and hot teas as the perfect touch to our meal.

PRICES + DETAILS
This menu will run throughout the end of summer for $185 per person for the tasting and $145 for the drink pairing. Book a reservation for this experience available Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 10pm and Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 2am.
