SANJH DIWALI HIGH TEA
Executive Chef Sarabjit Singh Assi has created an experience that reimagines India’s ritual of tea breaks with a refined twist. Sip fragrant blends like Masala Chai and Ginger Cardamom alongside savory bites like Curried Chicken Finger Sandwiches and Tamarind Chutney Toasts. It’s not high tea without a sweet treat either, so expect bites like Malai Kala Jamun (fried cheese dumplings soaked in a rich, cream syrup).
PRIX-FIXE DINNER FOR DIWALI
High tea is just one part of Sanjh’s Diwali celebrations! They’re also debuting a prix fixe dinner ($100 pp) featuring vibrant small plates, regional curries like Kashmiri-style Mutton Rogan Josh, and festive desserts. Plus, their pastry chef is creating handcrafted mithai gift boxes filled with saffron-pistachio barfi, rosewater laddoos, and more!
