Way out in the West Texas desert is the not-so-secret artsy town of Marfa. While it's difficult to get to, it's well worth it, and once you're there, you'll want to be sure to eat at all of the best spots in town. Despite being a tiny, remote town, Marfa is not wanting for delicious options for a great meal.

Walk into Do Your Thing coffee and you might wonder if you've been transported to Brooklyn. This shop sells "coffee, toast, and magic", and trust us, their speciality coffee drinks and homemade sourdough toasts are nothing short of magical. Don't leave without trying the Jerusalem toast, an avocado toast topped with tahini and za'atar.

Beyonce ate falafel at this food-truck while she was in town, and the rest is history. Open for lunch only, Food Shark is a quintessential Marfa must-do. The falafel is always a good choice, but our favorite is the lamb platter.

It's a coffee shop and a laundromat all in one, because why not? Stop by Frama for coffee and breakfast in a uniquely Marfa setting. While you're there, browse offerings to take home with you like a pastry or jar of local honey.

Located in a residential home, you'll find hole-in-the-wall Marfa Burrito. Don't let the nondescript setting fool you- this very well will be the best burrito you've ever had. The setting is simple- a small ordering window and short menu; cash only. While you wait for your order, browse the expansive salsa and hot sauce offerings, and look at the photos of the many celebrities who have also stopped by as they passed through town. Matthew McConaughey is a repeat visitor.
If there's one place you don't skip during your time in Marfa, let it be this one.

Para Llevar, offering oven fired pizzas in a relaxed setting. This spot opened recently but has already gained a loyal following for offering the best pizza for hundreds of miles.
