HINODEYA Ramen & Bar Greenville
This authentic ramen spot hails from Japan, and focuses on the Japanese dashi style, aka a lighter broth (compared to tonkatsu), using fish and kombu for an umami-packed flavor. They use only whole wheat noodles and pack in tons of veggies, making it a healthy option! Our favorite is the clam ramen.

Ichiro Sapporo Ramen
Known for its authentic Hokkaido-style ramen, Ichiro Sapporo Ramen specializes in miso-based broths that are rich, savory, and perfect for colder weather. Hokkaido-style ramen actually originated in Japan’s northernmost island, so you know it’s the perfect comfort food! Get the Sapporo Miso Ramen, topped with ground pork, bamboo shoots, and green onions.

Ichigoh Ramen Lounge
This hip ramen lounge uses noodles imported directly from Sapporo, Japan, then matured (aged) in traditional Japanese cedar noodle boxes for five to seven days! Choose from over a dozen different ramens, including seafood ramen, vegetarian ramen, and even a rotating monthly special! Must-tries from the menu include the Ichigoh Special Spicy Miso, Spicy Soboro Shoyu, and don't skip the Karaage (fried chicken) as an app.

Founded by a Tokyo restaurateur, this ramen is the real deal! The best part about Jinya is how customizable the dishes are. This hidden ramen shop in a stairwell behind Whisk Crepes just might be the smallest restaurant in Dallas, with just standing room only! Inside the tiny shop, you can watch the chefs dish up your bowl, which makes the experience feel intimate and authentic. Be sure to check the specials written on the board, written alongside the shop rules, which include “no to-gos” and “slurp your noodles.”

This teeny-tiny spot may not look like much from the outside, but it's worth a stop for a comforting, intimate dinner. Fun fact, LaVui is actually owned by cult favorite sushi spot Oishii! In fact, you'll find some of Oishii's signature sushi rolls here -- but in spring roll form! They're a must-try to go with your pho -- all the ingredients here are super high quality and fresh, especially the meats!

Female-owned and recently awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide, Ngon offers a variety of really good food for an affordable price! Another spot on this list given a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, Mot Hai Ba is well known in Dallas for an upscale and elevated culinary experience! Chef Peja Krstic is always changing up the menu, adding new inventive dishes, so be sure to check the menu before to make sure pho is still offered -- when it is, it's out of this world!

With a solid 5-star rating on both Google and Yelp, Papaya Kitchen is no doubt a fan favorite! They offer an eclectic menu of Vietnamese favorites with a focus on fresh, vibrant flavors.
