Score deals on select apps, cocktails, wines by the glass, and beer from 5-6:30 pm on Tues-Thurs! Plus, score the X-Tudo burger for just $15! Made with rosewood wagyu, gruyere, maitake aioli, shallot marmalade, malagueta pickles & a sourdough potato bun, it’s absolutely delicious!
THE SPACE
The Dining Room presents the ultimate Meridian experience with a delicious 4-course fixed-price menu tailored to your taste! Pro tip: grab a seat in the center of the dining room for a view of a more casual dining experience or for those who prefer it, their Bar Room and shaded patio area have an a la carte menu of their most popular dishes! For a clear view of the open kitchen to watch Borges and his team at work, try to get a seat in the center of the dining room!

From an Asian-inspired Fluke Tartare topped with bonito cream and finger lime vinaigrette to succulent Piri-Piri Chicken and juicy Wagyu Picanha, there’s something for every palate. And don’t forget about the daily bread course- it’s an absolute must!
