WHISK CREPES

Founded in 2015 by French-born chef Julien Eelsen, Whisk was inspired by the flavors of his childhood in Paris. Growing up, crepes were a staple of everyday life, from simple street snacks to elevated restaurant fare. Julien wanted to bring that same experience to Dallas, offering an authentic creperie where every crepe is made fresh throughout the day with high-quality ingredients. Nearly a decade later, Whisk has become a local fave, known for its welcoming atmosphere and perfectly crafted crepes.

SWEET & SAVORY CREPES MADE FRESH DAILY

Whether you’re craving a sweet or savory (or a little of both, like us), their menu offers a mix of classic French flavors and creative twists. Plus, everything is made to order, so you can watch them make your crepe on the griddle! Some of our favorites include:

🥓 Hen of the Woods: Turkey, creamed mushrooms, tomatoes, sautéed onions, mozzarella, parmesan, and pesto

🍯 Jourdain: Honey, pistachio, orange blossom water, butter, and topped with vanilla ice cream

🧀 Luka aka The G.O.A.T: Goat cheese, honey, and almonds

NEXT-LEVEL COFFEE

Beyond the crepes, Whisk’s new La Marzocco espresso machine takes their coffee game to the next level. This high-end Italian machine makes sure every cup is expertly brewed, whether you’re sipping on an espresso, cappuccino, or latte. If you’re a coffee lover, trust us– you’ll taste the difference!
