A majority of their materials used in the planting process are actually rescued off the neighborhood streets to repurpose anything that can be saved!

WALTON’S GARDEN CENTER
Walton’s family-owned garden center is a one-stop shop where the experts have been helping plant lovers since 1986. They have many specialists on staff, some with 30+ years experience! Choose from a wide variety of house plants, succulents, cacti and airplants plus all their darling planters! Finish off any decor needs with various indoor and outdoor selections, even water fountains!
They are located across the street from the Dallas Arboretum near White Rock. If you are sticking to contactless options, Walton’s has recently introduced a plant library! Simply email them your plant grocery list and they will check what they have in stock for easy, curbside pick up.

This little slice of women-owned, plant heaven is an adorable storefront that is a green house - literally! Various plants, pottery and plant care can be purchased every day from 11 am - 3 pm! Jade & Clover’s unique retail store offers not only gifts and diverse accessories, but an assortment of house plants, cacti and succulents alike! You can find pots, planters, DIY terrarium kits and a collection of plant reading materials. One of the most popular aspects to Jade & Clover is their PLANT BAR. This a la carte build-a-plant station is created by you, piece by piece. Start by picking what will house your plant, choose your plant and then work with filler like soil, sand or rocks to make it your own!

As a gardening go-to since 1951, North Haven Gardens is committed to supplying North Dallas’ gardening needs with its open air nursery. North Haven was extremely impacted by the tornadoes in October and have since rebuilt their structure. They are open every day from 9 am - 5 pm to help you pick out new garden supplies and they can also help you get started on growing your own food at home!

Redenta’s Garden in Lower Greenville gives a fun approach to the world of planting with a kitty mascot named Fig who loves meeting new friends at the shop! Grow Plant Shop in Fort Worth has been curating plant selections since 2018 and get this, is operated out of a 1978 Airstream Sovereign! How cool is that! The owners behind Grow renovated it into the most adorable and approachable little plant shop for all plant lovers, from excited beginners to seasoned botanists! From non-toxic, low light, or whatever is next on your list, Grow has the plant for you!
Grow is closed on Mondays but you can stop by the shop Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 7 pm, Sunday: 12 pm - 3 pm, or shop online anytime and get products delivered directly!

SUNSHINE MINIATURE TREES
Feast your eyes on the biggest bonsai nursery in North Texas! Their selection of small plants to very tall trees is amazing, which makes them a great stop if you can't find what you're looking for! The best part about Scape Supply is that they educate all their customers on how to care for varying plants, so they can succeed. They also allow you to bring in any of your plants that might have some issues and will help you find a solution. Their focus is really to ensure each of their plants finds a great home.

This hidden gem spirits and plants shop is truly one-of-a-kind! Bar and Garden sells plants, wine, beer, accessories, books and more all for those with a green thumb (or in need of a gift)! Bar and Garden opened in 2017 when natural wines and organic liquors were still lesser known but the boutique wine & small-batch liquor store is more relevant than ever now as bio, natural and organic alcohols rise in popularity.

The Plant Project is the first black owned plant shop in Dallas and is located on top of Freedman's Town, which was the first settlement of ex-slaves. They offer full-service plant assistance and can help style your space by coming to your apartment or house to find what plants best fit the space. We all know what a daunting task that can be! Also, be on the lookout for events at the plant project focusing on community, diversity, culture all rooted in a love for plants.
